How to Prepare Perfect Homemade Breaded Chicken

Frying is the easiest way to prepare chicken and we all love it tender, juicy and crispylicious. Agree?

I'm not a good cook but I learn through experience. This time, I'd like to share how to make everyone's favorite, perfect home made breaded chicken.

First, prepare your desired chicken special cut (leg, wing, breast or thigh). Me I prefer wing or thigh. For marinating procedure, pour 3/4 cup of white vinegar on a mixing or marinating bowl (good for 750 grams of chicken), add squeeze of lemons, crushed garlic, red onions, ground black pepper, salt, MSG and white sugar... all in ample amount. Add chicken cuts and mix thoroughly. Cover the bowl and leave it marinated for 3-5 hours or overnight for a tastier chicken result. (If you're asked by hubby to shop for lag screw(s) online, you my do so while waiting for your marinade to get done.)

On three separate containers, prepare 200 grams of flour, 2 beaten eggs, and 250 grams breadcrumbs.

The last few final steps, coat chicken with flour, dip into the beaten eggs, roll into breadcrumbs and bring to deep fry. Wait till its golden and voila! You now have a perfect, tender and juicy breaded chicken.


You may also apply the same steps for pork and fish meat. And if you want a different taste for your chicken, you may marinate it with your preferred seasonings such as oyster, worcestershire or any other sauces. Go, go, go...try it!
