That’s me!

I just did my workout earlier and too bad, after trying for a long time, I still couldn’t get myself do even just two sets of straight push up. I’m starting to get disappointed because I so wanted to get a hang of it to get fast results. I’ve heard of creatine supplement. It is said to increase the production of energy in the body especially the muscles but knowing me… I’m always reluctant to try new products even if sometimes I know they’re safe.

Further reviews I’ve read about Creatine supplement says it helps in improving performance in high-intensity, short-duration activities such as weight lifting and sprinting. Note: short duration. Well, I do a 50-minute workout which also includes weight lifting but still with its duration I am not sure if that can be considered short.

Maybe I need to expand my readings a little bit more. Or am I just being impatient again?
